Triage was invented and refined by French battlefield medics to prioritize who would be saved from their wounds and who would be left to die, or abandoned. Triage codifies the commandant that all cannot be saved.
303 CREATIVE vs. ELENIS-
Black Week refers to the week of Sunday 10 December – Sunday 17 December 1899 during the Second Boer War, when the British Army suffered three devastating defeats.
June, 2023 may well have been Black Month for Gay rights in America; a month in which the zeitgeist inflicted devastating, perhaps lasting defeats on Gay Rights.
Black Month started when BUD LIGHT beer courted and then allied itself, with a Trans influencer, a strange little creature, in a black cocktail dress. BUD LIGHT forgot that the majority of its customers would never want to share a beer with a Trans; BUD LIGHT sales fell 28%.
In response, Gay intellectuals upended business school models and stated that sales don’t matter for a profit making company. Who knew that, except Gay Intellectuals.
“WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Boycotts, employee harassment and threats of violence have prompted companies, including Target, to pull back some Pride initiatives.
For more on this backlash, we're joined by Bob Witeck.
He is president of Witeck Communications, which is a firm specializing in LGBTQ+ marketing.
Bob, thank you so much for being here.
I know you have been in this business of consulting companies for 30 years.
.....BOB WITECK, President, Witeck Communications: I'd say two things.
One, we are in a moment.
But the backlash that we're witnessing is hardly spontaneous or authentic or organic.
It's primarily instigated backlash.
The feigned indignation, for example, against one beer was a calculated tactic.
And it was used by anti-woke provocateurs, frankly, who had political agendas.
….….I think the political moment tells us that we're in a -- the United States is driven by division, and the so-called anti-woke activists are trying to find every wedge possible.
And they're wielding them in the hands of candidates to use it to attack drag shows, to attack books in schools, to attack trans kids.
And they're taking on a variety of exploitable topics that do divide the American households.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: You mentioned this protest against Budweiser.
And that was because Budweiser had done this partnership with a trans woman.
And that protest that came up seemed to dent Budweiser's sales.
Did you hear from other companies who said, boy, looking at Budweiser's experience, we don't want to have that same thing happened to us?
BOB WITECK: It did give other companies pause.
But they need to examine the case that Bud Light took.
The brand sales already were slipping.
And they made a miscalculation, I think, to try to expand consumer loyalty.
And their timing -- and, worse, it was their response that seemed most amateurish.
No brand or corporation would want to be in Bud Light's shoes when they offended almost everyone.
That was the problem, I think, that corporate reputation.
It's not so much about sales, which are always going to be somewhat volatile.
It's about standing and reputation.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: In that particular case, that was a protest against Bud Light's connection to a trans individual.
And trans people do seem to be the target of a particular level of ire.
Have you -- have you seen that similarly?
BOB WITECK: Yes.
Unfortunately, yes.
What it speaks to is the dehumanizing of a whole group of people.
The LGBTQ community is not alien to this.
We have -- we have felt it over many, many years.
But trans people, particularly, are being put into a position to be so dehumanized that it's frightening, and many families and trans people, justifiably, are afraid…..PBS.”
Since PBS, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC are pro- Trans and Queer, as an act of obedient faith, one cannot get an accurate assessment of the turmoil surrounding Trans and Queer rights in America.
So, this Blogger had to turn to Indian television, WION. They had a Black Month report on Trans and Queer rights in America. It noted that Gay men are more conservative than Queer men, lesbians or Trans; those Gay men want a triage among LGBTQIA2S+ advocacy; to result in T and Q being dismissed as entities worth fighting for.
India has 1.4 billion inhabitants; of that number 4.8 million are Trans. To resolve the Trans rights issues, India triaged sexual identity. India declared a Third Sex, TRANS……male, female, trans. Trans people can have their own sports competitions, bathrooms and sections in mosques.
India is completely segregating TRANS; is that the future of Trans in America?
Would conservative Gay men like Andrew Sullivan rejoice?
Rep. Adam Schiff of California led the first impeachment of President Trump in the House; he is now running for the Senatorial nomination of the Democratic Party in his state.
He comes from a very Liberal district; in the Pride Month, there were demonstrations against grade school assemblies honoring LGBTQIA2S+ Pride; that led to significant brawls between pro and anti-Trans advocates.
The anti-advocates were led by newly arrived immigrants to the Liberal redoubt of Rep. Schiff.
In fact, all across the nation, recent immigrants to America are leading the backlash against LGBTQIA2S+ Pride.
In Maryland, Muslim activist, Sameera Munshi, of the Coalition of Virtue, opposed public school students being forced to learn LGBTQIA2S+sexuality curriculum against parents’ wishes. “We [as Muslims] reject the implication that acting on our faith’s principles is a willful means of harming others. In fact, we see it as a point of bigotry that some only care for our community and will only protect our rights when we assimilate to their way of life and ways of thinking,”
“Our faith is not partisan and our people are not backwards,....Part of the American dream of our people is that they pass on their values to their children. But members of this school board have mocked our values and have said we cannot be allowed to opt our children out precisely because they want to end that dream…..“[W]e ask that we at least have a choice for our children not to be forced to participate in celebrating or normalizing views that contradict our religion.”
Liberals keeps asking why are cisgender parents so afraid of Trans and Queers?
On June 23, 2023, Drag Queens at the 29th Annual New York City DRAG MARCH marched, chanting “ We’re here; we ‘re queer and we are coming for your children.” LGBTQ activists defended drag queen marchers who chanted “We’re coming for your children” — a chant they claim has been used for years, according to a report.
....“It’s all just words,” Brian Griffin, the original organizer of the New York City drag queen parade, told NBC News. “It’s all presented to fulfill their worst stereotypes of us.”
NBC News cited LGBTQ activists who claim the “we’re coming for your children” chant has been “used for years.” .....Karla Jay, the first female chair of New York’s Gay Liberation Front, told NBC News the “We’re coming for your children” chant was an attempt to mock criticism of the LGBTQ community.
“At the Seattle Pride parade, a dozen naked men were riding bicycles and waving before moving along….”Families and children were visible in the video, too, as the reporting said. Also, at least one child was seen riding alongside the men."
No wonder Gay Americans want to triage Queers out.
But the greatest fear is that Queer unbridled acceptance will lead to Weimar, a society only Christopher Isherwood could love; a society which spawns Nazism.
Seemingly, words spoken by Queers are just words; but words spoken by cisgenders are criminal.
"A recently passed bill in Michigan could make it a felony to intimidate someone by intentionally using the wrong gender pronouns…Michigan House of Representatives has passed bill HB 4474, a piece of legislation that criminalizes causing someone to feel threatened by words.”
Does anyone believe that flimsy piece of Liberal law is going to keep Muslims from adhering to their religion?
Hamtramck, Michigan is a city, with a Muslim majority, and an all-Muslim city council. "A sense of betrayal’: liberal dismay as Muslim-led US city bans Pride flags....In 2015, many liberal residents in Hamtramck, Michigan, celebrated as their city attracted international attention for becoming the first in the United States to elect a Muslim-majority city council.
They viewed the power shift and diversity as a symbolic but meaningful rebuke of the Islamophobic rhetoric that was a central theme of then Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s campaign.
This week many of those same residents watched in dismay as a now fully Muslim and socially conservative city council passed legislation banning Pride flags from being flown on city property that had – like many others being flown around the country – been intended to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community….GUARDIAN”
If the Muslim migrants stand their ground, and they will, Liberals will have to triage between supporting the religious values of brown Muslim migrants or the Civil Rights of rainbow-colored Queers and Trans.
It is that triage mischief behind the 303 CREATIVE DECISION.
Christian web designer, Lorie Smith wanted to expand her graphic design business, 303 Creative. LLC, to include services for couples seeking wedding websites; but she did not want to service gays getting married.
The Supreme Court said that since Ms. Smith was an artist, her First Amendment rights trumped Gay Rights.
The triage logic in the decision is hidden in plain view; what is good for a Christian web designer is good for a Muslim imam, or a Muslim city council. In his Majority Opinion, Justice Gorsuch specifically mentioned that Gays could try to force Muslim film Directors into Directing films which conflict with their views.
The Supreme Court has unleashed Muslims on Gay rights; triage that Liberals.
One of the coolest things about the 303 CREATIVE DECISION is reading the opinions; our Justices hate each other guts.
‘On Friday in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, the Court ruled 6-3 in favor of Lorie Smith, who argued she should not have to serve certain customers due to her religious beliefs as a Christian.
Because the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act prohibits businesses from openly discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation, among other factors, Smith argued that the state law violated her free speech and religious rights under the First Amendment.
Justice Neil Gorsuch, who delivered the majority opinion on behalf of the Court's six Republican appointees, used six pages of his opinion to criticize Justice Sonia Sotomayor's dissent, signaling just how divided the Court's ideological gap has grown since it moved to a 6-3 conservative supermajority in 2020. It also comes a day after Justices Clarence Thomas and Ketanji Brown Jackson sparred in another ruling on affirmative action policies in college admissions.
"It is difficult to read the dissent and conclude we are looking at the same case," Gorsuch wrote, scrutinizing the dissent for taking "more than halfway into its opinion" to answer the question before the Court and for getting "so turned around about the facts that it opens fire on its own position."
Sotomayor fired off her own scathing dissent of the majority opinion, slamming the decision for marking "gays and lesbians for second-class status."
"The opinion of the Court is, quite literally, a notice that reads: 'Some services
may be denied to same-sex couples,'" she wrote in her dissent, which was joined by Justices Elena Kagan and Jackson.
"The unattractive lesson of the majority opinion is this: What's mine is mine, and what's yours is yours," Sotomayor concluded. "The lesson of the history of public accommodations laws is altogether different. It is that in a free and democratic society, there can be no social castes."
Critics of the Court's ruling have warned that siding with Smith in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis could have devastating impacts on those in the LGBTQ+ community and others in marginalized communities, rolling back protections against discrimination and handing businesses the license to do so…..NEWSWEEK”
Liberals had a field day prioritizing Gay rights over Mormon rights, Christian rights, Catholic rights…..but now, Liberals will have to triage Muslim rights versus Gay Rights.
This is the first in a series of Blogs on recent Supreme Court decisions.
