On June 22, 2020, The MAXEY CHRONICLES published the following:  " The second obvious thing is that, in 2020 America, the Republic  needs more black cops, rather urgently.     Well trained black cops, an endless supply of well trained black cops.     “There are 101 HBCU(HBCU)Historical Black Colleges and Universities in the United States, including both public and private institutions (down from the 121 institutions that existed during the 1930s).  Of these remaining HBCU institutions in the United States, 27 offer doctoral programs, 52 offer master's programs, 83 offer bachelor's degree programs, and 38 offer associate d egrees.”     Of those 101  HBCUs, a minimum of six should be carved out for police training, all tuition paid for by the Federal government. During their senior year, recruiters will come from Police Departments to the campuses and bid for the well trained black talent .     The six HBCUs would be like the Citadel or VMI; instead of turning out potential
