In this Blogger’s youth, there were only three dates which needed to be remembered:- 4th of July, December 7th( Pearl Harbor Day, when America was kicked into war) and June 6th (D-DAY, when American boys met savage deaths, liberating Europe).   But that was then; when we had a cohesive population of 160 million patriotic souls; now America is the third most populous nation in the world; and Americans must remember 9/11 and June 19 th ….and 1/06/2021.   Americans are asked to remember January 6, 2021, because that was the date in which American insurrectionists stormed the American seat of government, the United States Capitol, seeking to lynch the Vice President of the United States, and    “necklace” Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Sinclair Lewis, in his masterpiece ELMER GANTRY, has this succinct comment about prayer :  “It does  a man   good to  get  down on  his knees  once in  a  while.”   This Blogger thought about Sinclair Lewis’ insight as he viewed the video of Sen.
