THE PROFOUND Reason  Centers on Liberal Devotion to  Anarcho-tyranny The founder of the WASHINGTON MONTHLY magazine recently died. He left us with an interesting insight; he believed that the current, perhaps irreconcilable,   divide, in the American body politic, had its genesis in the 1960s anti-Vietnam war movement.
