Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu is a misplaced politician; he is a brilliant American politician; but a rank amateur as an Israeli politician, guiding his people to survival on a Jewish island, surrounded by a sea of Arabs. In the middle of America’s halcyon Eisenhower era, a film shocked contented Americans, BLACKBOARD JUNGLE. The shock was twofold; first the film introduced ROCK N ROLL to the general public by introducing, as its theme music, Bill Haley’s ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK. The second shock was portraying teenagers in a high school, disrespecting their teachers, up to and including physical attacks. The public found those social viruses astounding; for a mere decade before, boys that same age, were landing on Omaha Beach, to free the world from the Nazi War machine. The Eisenhower public thought that the BLACKBOARD JUNGLE students were the pit of social disorder; they thanked God ( they were Believers then) that    the grade schools were safe.
