THE DOBBS DECISION- The DOBBS VS. JACKSON WOMEN’S HEALTH ORGANIZATON Decision, over turned the   stare decisis, the settled law, the 50-year precedent of ROE VS. WADE; which guaranteed abortion as    a constitutional right. Abortion rights, pro-life arguments, pro-choice arguments, reproductive rights are the  Schrödinger's cat  of modern American morality. The cat is placed in a closed box, with a vial of poison, and a radioactive fragment. Until the box is opened, the cat may be considered simultaneously both alive and dead. Until there is a viable, satisfactory compromise between the pro-life and pro-choice hosts, the cat of abortion will be both alive (ROE VS. WADE) and dead (DOBBS). Almost fifty years ago, during a tidal wave of modernity, the United States Supreme Court discovered a constitutional right, the right of abortion ,in all the states and territories of the Republic. That was the famed ROE VS. WADE Decision.   On June 24, 2022, during a tsunami of backlash against modernity, the United States Supreme Court discovered that the Justices of 20 th  Century America were wrong; there was no right to abortion in the U.S. Constitution.
