The Assassination of Shinzo Abe in Japan, Causes Gerry Maxey to Have a Presentiment about Taiwan.

A presentiment is a feeling of foreboding about the future. This Blogger has a presentiment about Taiwan, because of the assassination of Shinzo Abe of Japan.

Shinzo Abe was a dedicated friend of the United States, a devoted ally of Taiwan and a shrewd opponent of Communist China. He was a towering figure in modern Japanese politics; he was a combination of JFK and Ronald Reagan. He was the youngest Japanese Prime Minister in history; and then after leaving office because of illness, came back to become the longest serving Japanese Prime Minister in History.

At his death, he was the éminence grise of Japanese politics and governance; the man, THE MAN, who exercises power behind the scenes, without holding an official position. He was a titan.

He was Taiwan’s most loyal ally in Japan; if Communist China does intend to invade, Taiwan, part of their pre-invasion planning would, by necessity, be knowing that Mr. Abe would have been the galvanizing force to come to Taiwan’s aid, inspiring and empowering the United States to follow suit.

Now, Mr. Abe cannot lead the push back against Communist Chinese aggression against Taiwan, because he is dead. How convenient for Communist China.

It is the most convenient geopolitical assassination since 2001, when two days before 9/11, an  Al-Qaeda suicide squad posing as journalists sat down for an interview with Ahmad Shah Massoud, the last major anti-Taliban commander  in Afghanistan, and did them a favor by removing the Lion of the North, by assassination.

Japan has a population of 125 million; and the strictest gun laws on Earth ( it is an expensive 12 step process to obtain clearance to own a firearm). In 2021, ONE PERSON was killed in gun related violence( excluding suicide).

Yet Mr. Abe was assassinated by use of a gun. How convenient.

It was a homemade gun; that worked. It did not misfire or jam; a homemade gun which did not misfire or jam in killing the most influential supporter of Taiwan in Japan, How convenient.

Readers, please forgive this Blogger for reeking of conspiracy, but he grew up in Mafia dominated Brooklyn, so, by Blood Memory, he recalled MICHEAL CORELEONE’S sage words in GODFATHER II :” if anything in this life is certain, if history has taught us anything, it’s that you can kill anyone.

But who relies on a homemade gun to alter history? For even if that specific gun worked at trial, that does not insure it will work again. It is homemade. To trust a homemade gun to alter history, one must be an exceptionally skilled craftsman, from the fiction of DAY OF THE JACKAL;  or that homemade gun is not a homemade gun, but a reliable facsimile of a homemade gun; which has been smuggled into Japan by Communist Chinese operatives,  to a sleeper agent.

The confessed assassin, Tetsuya Yamagami, is 41 years old. As Mr. Abe was giving a speech in support of a local candidate for his party, the assassin walked up behind him and killed him. The assassin did not run away.

The assassin, a veteran of Japan’s navy, who had traveled to foreign ports,  said he had a grudge against Mr. Abe, but it was not a political grudge; the assassin assured Japan, this was not a political assassination eliminating a friend of Taiwan.

“Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said his country was shocked by the attack.

He added that "this unexpected incident should not be associated with Sino-Japanese relations" and had no comment when asked about Chinese social media reaction.

Comments gloating over the attack on Mr Abe have dominated Chinese social media…BBC.”

This Blogger’s presentiment is this; just as the Massoud assassination was a precondition for the 9/11 assault; he thinks the Abe assassination is a precondition for Communist China attacking Taiwan; for  without Abe, Japan will now be paralyzed in its response.

Shinzo Abe, as he laid dying.

The Urination Of Nicole Kidman's Career

I went to see EYES WIDE SHUT in total awe of its Director, Stanley Kubrick, who had in his career Directed THE GREATEST Science Fiction/Cosmological film EVER- 2001, SPACE ODYSSEY, the BEST and MOST INSIGHTFUL film essay on American culture EVER- LOLITA, arguably the greatest war movie ever- PATHS OF GLORY, and one of the best film epics ever- SPARTACUS. Mr. Kubrick died SUDDENLY, before EYES WIDE SHUT was released. Everyone was so sad. Then I saw EYES WIDE SHUT, and understood exactly why Herr Director Kubrick had croaked so suddenly; he had willed himself to death before the release of the film, so that  he would not have to suffer the slings and shots against his declining genius. EYES WIDE SHUT is the WORST, laughably worst, porn film ever made, EVER. It starred that larger than life couple(at the time), Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman. The key scene in the film was Ms. Kidman peeing. I was spending over $60.00(including tickets,parking and snacks for me and my date ) to watch

The Crash of Flight 447: Fate, Moliere and Veronique Gaignard

In 1954 there was the film, THE HIGH AND THE MIGHTY about danger in the air; that was followed by the 1964 film, FATE IS THE HUNTER about a fatal airplane crash and the followup investigation; followed by the 1970 film, AIRPORT, about a bomber on a plane, starring every living star in Hollywood at the time; followed by  the sequels, AIRPORT 75, AIRPORT 77, AIRPORT 79- THE CONCORDE. All that melodramatic danger in the air was laughed to death by the films AIRPLANE in 1980, followed by AIRPLANE II in 1982. Everything in air flight had been covered, both the tragedy and the comedy  of air travel, until Air France Flight 447. Flight 447 was the Air France  Airbus Flight from Brazil to France, which,in 2009, crashed in the South Atlantic , killing all on board,228 passengers. Airbuses fly by wire, which means they fly by computers rather than the old mechanical ways.  Very up to date, except when something goes awry, then it seems it is very difficult to set right. Roger Cohen's Russian Think Piece in NEW YORK TIMES Begs the Question: Was Gerry Maxey Right about Russia TEN YEARS AGO?

This Blogger respects Russians; as Frederick the Great stated :” It takes two bullets to take a Russian soldier out; one to kill him and one to  stop him.” This Blogger   likes Russians; even though once, in Moscow, during the Soviet era, his incredibly attractive tour guide, aka KGB agent, told him and his brother   that they were in danger of being hit, fatally, by a Soviet car crossing a Moscow street. T his Blogger’s brother told her that he had ridden in a Soviet Car, the LADA; and that he could damn well survive any hit by that piece of junk. She laughed. That night, this Blogger’s brother slept in his room, under his bed, drunk. This Blogger admires the way Russians do business; when Soviet diplomats were kidnapped in Lebanon, the KGB paid the ransoms immediately, without complaint. Shortly thereafter, Beirut was flooded with Soviet agents and Soviet bribes; the kidnappers were identified. They were abducted, tortured and  castrated; their dead bodies strung from l
