John the Baptist Looks at Herod Antipas and Joe Biden

This Blogger is not a particularly religious person, a fact which would have brought great pleasure to his father, who was a devout Marxist atheist. 

However, this Blogger has lived enough events in his life to come to the conclusion that  each of us is dealing, in varying degrees, with some kind of skewered cosmic mystery. Consequently, this Blogger has delved into the Psychology of God:Can He be predicted?             

There is no need to psychoanalyze the Devil; John Milton has already done that. 

Can God be predicted? Yes, if He wants to be.  With Biden closing in on the presidency, God wants to be predicted.

Joe Biden is bad karma; regardless of how deficient President Trump is, as a person and/or as a leader, his inadequacies pale in comparison to Joe Biden’s bad karma. 

If Joe Biden  is elected president, he will come to the Presidency with karma as bad as Franklin Pierce. 

On the personal level, this Blogger thinks that Joe Biden is as lightweight and foolish as POLONIUS. But the Republic has survived fools before. 

There seems, from correspondence, a remarkable number of Bible thumpers who read this Blog; therefore the following sentence will surely resonate with them. 

Joe Biden should not be elected president, because the Republic has  never elected a president whom  John the Baptist would be angry at; John the Baptist would be angry at President Joe Biden. In fact, John the Baptist would consider Joe Biden  on par with Herod Antipas. 

On a cosmological plane, on a wacky level, this Blogger does not think it wise for the Republic to elect, in the middle of a pandemic, a person  John the Baptist would rage against. Just saying.

How can anything be more profound, more beautiful in this life or the next, than a father grieving over his dead wife, dead son and dead toddler, holding back the sobs. It is such a Millennial moment; how can anyone take issue with it? Is there one pig out there who will take issue with Joe Biden? 

One pig will, this Blogger; for Mr. Biden has used his public grief to skillfully allow his family to defy the rules of John the Baptist. 

Joe Biden has countenanced his remaining son Hunter, sleeping with the widow of his dead son Beau; he has countenanced his son Hunter leaving his family for Beau’s widow.

Vice President Joe Biden, who has mostly stayed out of the limelight since leaving office, also issued a statement along with his wife Jill, acknowledging the 'sadness' that brought the new couple together 

They offered their 'complete support' to the unusual pairing.'We are all lucky that Hunter and Hallie founch other as they were putting their lives together again after such sadness. They have mine and Jill's full and complete support and we are happy for them,' Joe and Jill Biden said. ….October 2015 was also the month in which Joe Biden made a statement in the Rose Garden of the White House that he would not run for the presidency.…DAILY MAIL.” 

One of the problems, inconveniences, of being a religious person, is that sometimes one must do the right thing regardless of what your surviving son lusts after. In the New Testament, John the Baptist made a particular point of telling King Herod Antipas that he was going to hell for sleeping with Herodias, who had been married to his brother Herod II.  

All Liberal Media pronounces that Joe Biden is the quintessential Catholic, all this Blogger asks: Can Joe Biden's support of his son pass the scrutiny of John the Baptist? 

Does maximum grief empower the grief stricken to defy the religious tenets they are supposed to believe in? Does grief, on its own accord, empower and ennoble hypocrisy? 

Most of us can find momentary happiness in indecent or illicit relationships; however the purpose of religion is to put decency above happiness on life’s ladder. 

The grief that Joe Biden experienced, and his exploitation of that grief has masked the Borgia DNA in his character; rules are for everybody except my blessed family.

John the Baptist, in his rage, would not be pleased with a parent who condones what Herod Antipas did. John the Baptist will not be pleased with the Republic electing a president Joe Biden. 

Obviously this Blog is superstitious hokum; but then again which Believer would defy John the Baptist by voting for Joe Biden?
