The Russians are not impressed, because, under Joe Biden, the American warrior class has not renewed its vows to the American Military, because of DEI.
Americans are failing to join the all Volunteer American Military in sufficient numbers; because very few Americans want to fight, kill or DIE for Joe Biden and his Open Borders ilk.

The Russians are not impressed when the top Military ramrod, the Secretary of Defense, checks himself into a hospital, with a condition so dangerous, he is placed in Intensive Care; and fails to notify his Commander-in-chief.
The Russians are not impressed when the person in charge of America’s Defense Readiness is there because they are trans….and states that the American Military cannot survive without trans inclusion and leadership.
