Sweden is a mess.
It just made history by appointing its first female Prime Minister, she lasted eight hours. YES, EIGHT HOURS, she resigned after eight hours on the job.
Somali rappers are decimating native Swedish born rappers ( see the death of EINAR), and gun violence has reached an all time high.
“….a throng of a hundred or so young men, most of them from African or Middle Eastern minorities, started fighting in a square in Hjallbo, a suburb of Gothenburg, Sweden’s second city. Members of rival gangs seem to have started the scrap over the theft of a moped. Two days later a man in a nearby grocery shop was shot in the back of the head, thought to be as an act of revenge for the gangland battle. Then a policeman in Biskopsgarden, another suburb of the city, was shot dead. A few days after that a man was murdered in a barber’s shop in Frolunda, yet another suburb. To add to this litany of recent criminal violence, two young children were lucky to survive last week after being caught in the crossfire of yet another gang shoot-out, this time in Visattra, on the edge of Stockholm, the capital.
In the past 15 years, Sweden has had Europe’s highest rate of death by shooting, according to a recent report by the country’s National Council for Crime Prevention. Analysing data on 22 European countries provided by Eurostat and the un’s World Health Organisation, Klara Hradilova-Selin, a researcher at the council, reckoned that Sweden came second…. by 2018 preliminary data suggested that Sweden had risen to the top spot. Most of the victims are men between 20 and 29. Sweden’s rate of homicide by shooting is two-and-a-half times the European average….economist.com.”
This paroxysm of violence has led to the rise of a right wing party, the Swedish Democrats; who blame the violence on mass migration to Sweden, and the resulting multiculturalism fueled descent in social disorder.
The Socialists of Sweden, through their policies of multiculturalism, diversity and acceptance of mass migration, have created a society devoid of social safety; a society which is ungovernable by democratic means.
If a citizenry feels unsafe, authoritarianism will flourish. Citizens give up their natural born, God given rights to the State, not for compassion run amok, but for safety.
In the midst of this Swedish social turmoil, a Swedish think tank made news last week by declaring America was backsliding away from democracy.
The United States for the first time was added to a list of “backsliding democracies” in a report released Monday by the Stockholm-based International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance.
“The United States, the bastion of global democracy, fell victim to authoritarian tendencies itself, and was knocked down a significant number of steps on the democratic scale,” the International IDEA’s Global State of Democracy 2021 report said.
“The world is becoming more authoritarian as nondemocratic regimes become even more brazen in their repression and many democratic governments suffer from backsliding by adopting their tactics of restricting free speech and weakening the rule of law, exacerbated by what threatens to become a ‘new normal’ of covid-19 restrictions,” the report found. “The number [of countries] moving in the direction of authoritarianism is three times the number moving toward democracy.” Washington post”
Of course America is backsliding from democracy; because the governing Liberal Elite’s embrace of mass migration, multiculturalism and diversity has created a society which cannot be governed by democratic means or norms.

In his search for the essential American identity and culture, based on the assumption that a multicultural society could not survive for long, Tocqueville discovered the American Dream, a dream that he eventually deemed to be a great and possibly fatal cultural weakness…YALE SCHOLAR.”
John Stuart Mill, in 1861, wrote that Multiculturalism was corrosive to Democracy as a viable institution.
In his tome, REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT, Mill argued “free institutions are next to impossible in a country made up of different nationalities..because the same incidents, the same acts, the same system of government, affect them in different ways; and each fears more injury to itself from the other nationalities than from the common arbiter, the state.”
Multiculturalism and democracy are mutually exclusive concepts.
In a small upstate New York hamlet, there resides William A. Smith Jr., a Republican, as town supervisor.
“We live in this era of rigid cultural orthodoxy which frankly makes the medieval church look liberal by comparison,” Mr. Smith says.
He continues: “It has its own holy trinity: diversity, equity and inclusion. Which, from my perspective, diversity means everyone is supposed to look different and they are all supposed to think alike; an equity that’s based on massive inequities toward whole groups of people; and a concept of inclusion which means excommunication for those who do not recite the catechism syllable for syllable.”….NEW YORK TIMES.”
Multiculturalism is authoritarian by design and practice.
America has an over whelming problem, a problem so vast, so enduring, so destructive that it borders on social sin, racism.
However, solving, or attempting to solve America’s ancient problem of racism was not enough for the Liberal Elite; they decided to solve every problem on earth, on American soil.
Muslims are fighting Christians in Central Africa Republic and Bosnia, Buddhists in Burma, Thailand and Sri Lanka; Hindus in India, Pakistan and Indonesia, Communists in Communist China, and each other in the Middle East.
The answer to the Muslims against the world problem, for the American Liberal Elite, was to import vast numbers of Muslims into America, BEFORE America’s sin of racism could be redeemed.
Does that make sense to any sentient person but a Liberal Elitist?
Only the Liberal Elite would think it is a good idea to add social, intractable social problems to the mountain of America’s unresolved social problems.
The Liberal Elite looked at America’s discrimination, based on race and gender and decided that was not enough discrimination in America; more discrimination was needed. So Liberals gave us CASTE DISCRIMINATION, through multiculturalism. Thank you Tamils, Kamala Harris and Pramila Jayapal.
“For J. Kaur, a UC Davis senior of Indian descent, it started with insulting memes casually dropped into her group chats. For one of her schoolmates, it was overhearing South Asian students ask each other what caste they belonged to before picking roommates.
The experiences inspired Kaur and her schoolmate to spend months working behind the scenes with other students to get their university to officially recognize caste — a millennia-old concept that assigns people their social statuses at birth — as a source of discrimination on the Northern California campus.
That effort culminated in September, when UC Davis became potentially the first public institution in the U.S. to add caste to its anti-discrimination policy. The move places the university on the ground floor of a rising movement to confront caste discrimination, a lesser-known form of oppression present in American society, and one that is largely imported from South Asia.
Those who speak out against it risk various forms of retaliation, both for themselves and relatives back home.
“The quiet pain and the suffering students face because of caste discrimination will no longer be the case,” said Kaur’s schoolmate, who is of Indian descent and graduated from UC Davis this summer. “That is what’s defining this moment.”
Estimated to be thousands of years old, caste is rooted in India’s Hindu scriptures…..In South Asia, a person’s caste can dictate where they live, what school they attend or job they obtain, whom they marry and where they can worship. ……..Caste is not easily discernible by looking at a person, but can be detected from last names, the village or town a person comes from, and from their religious and social practices.
“This structure of oppression affects hundreds of millions of South Asians today, and over 5.4 million South Asian Americans in the U.S.,” said Thenmozhi Soundararajan, executive director of Equality Labs, a Dalit civil rights organization in the San Francisco Bay Area. “This exclusionary system ranks people at birth with one’s caste determining every aspect of their life.”
Formerly referred to as “untouchables,” Dalit is the term for people who sit outside the caste system and are considered to be on the lowest rung of the social order.
In the U.S., caste discrimination primarily shows up in educational and professional settings. But its core tenet — labor, or the exploitation of it — periodically resurfaces.
In May, federal law enforcement agents raided a Hindu temple in New Jersey after lawyers for hundreds of oppressed caste workers filed a lawsuit against the Hindu sect known as BAPS. The temple was accused of confining the men who were working on a construction project to its grounds and paying them as little as $1 per hour for arduous labor. The lawsuit was amended this month to include other BAPS locations near Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and Robbinsville, N.J.
In Nepal, Prem Pariyar said his family would be physically assaulted because of their Dalit background. As a teacher, he said he faced ridicule and ostracization from colleagues and even students who belonged to dominant castes.
So when he came to the U.S. in 2015, he said the last thing he expected was to face casteism here.
But he said he did when interacting with other South Asians in the Bay Area — at his restaurant job, while pursuing a master’s degree in social work at California State University, East Bay, at community events and at dinner parties.
“It’s subtle and overt,” Pariyar, 37, said. “Some will ask me my last name under the pretense of getting to know me, but are really trying to find out about my caste. Others have served me meals in separate plates and utensils after they find out I’m Dalit.”
……Brandeis University in Massachusetts was the first college in the U.S. to make caste a protected category in 2019.

Caste discrimination is thousands, thousands, thousands of years old; American democracy is not equipped to solve an ancient social problem which has not been solved by the Tamils of India.
The frustration of all these insoluble ancient new discriminations migrating to America leads to authoritarianism.
Multiculturalism has led to an increase in mindless, vicious violence, minority violence on minority victims.
In Philadelphia, Muslim girls, wearing hijabs( see picture below) attacked, brutally attached Asian Americans.
“Philadelphia police are investigating an attack on a male student believed to be Asian or Asian American on a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) train.
What happened: The incident occurred on the Broad Street Line near Erie Station at around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, according to FOX29. A video of the brutal attack is now circulating on social media.
One of the attackers lunges at her, hitting her head against the train doors in the process. Other members of the assailant group follow suit and begin kicking and punching her as she lies on the ground.
The female victim flagged down SEPTA Transit Police and notified them of the assault at 3:45 p.m., Fox reported. She was rushed to a hospital where she was treated for a laceration.
Charges and other details: SEPTA police launched an investigation and are reportedly working with the Philadelphia Police Department and the school in the area. Police have identified the assailants in the video and found other victims — one female victim and three male victims in total — from Central High School as well as two more suspects.
The four female suspects in the video, aged 13-16, await charges, including ethnic intimidation, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and terroristic threats, SEPTA Transit Police Chief Thomas Nestel said at a press conference on Thursday afternoon.
While Nestel added that the attack was based on “ethnicity” and “ethnic slurs” were hurled at the victims, the incident was “unprovoked.”
"She was a hero," Nestel told reporters about the female victim. "She stepped up and told the girls to stop saying what they were saying. She then became a target. Just truly heroic, courageous."
The aftermath: No serious injuries were reported, but the mother of the young boy told CBS in Chinese that he was attacked because he was of Asian descent.
“We are the city of love, we are not the city of hate and her kid didn’t do anything wrong, and her kid didn’t even know the girls,” the mother said via a translator.....nextshark."
America has enough native born racists in white hoods; do we really need to import racists in hijabs? Someone should ask Rep. Ilhan Omar.
The American republic is inherently incapable of governing a multicultural, society; and that seminal fact, that immutable fact, is what will lead, is leading the Republic to Civil War and collapse.
Alas, the liberal Elite may have an answer to the looming Civil War being brought on by multiculturalism….war.
In 1950, the brilliant Richard Brooks gave the world the brilliant film, CRISIS starring Cary Grant and Jose Ferrer. Ferrer plays a leader losing his grip on his nation( just as the Liberal Elite is losing its grip on America).
Ferrer’s solution may be Biden’s solution as he warmongers against Russia.

Why is America backsliding from democracy? Because the Liberal Elite, through multiculturalism, has given America a society, which cannot be governed, in safety, by democracy.
