Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic Presidential nominee does not like American Blacks, the descendants of American slaves; who have survived 400 years of lynching, oppression and violation. Being a Globalist, he does like foreign Blacks; those without American Blood Memory or American slave blood flowing through their veins. Globalists do not like American Blacks because they are too ornery, uppity, and courageous. Globalists do not like Jackie Robinson; they like Nigerian fashion designers.
Biden likes Barack Obama, the half Kenyan who did not have one drop of American Black blood in his veins; nor, partly growing up in Indonesia, any American Blood memory, except songs and attitudes borrowed from MTV. Seemingly Biden likes Kamala Harris, the half Jamaican, half Hindu Tamil, for his Vice Presidential slot;she was partly raised in Canada. Ms. Harris has no American slave blood in her.
Biden is proud of his Irish Catholic background; however, seemingly the only Irish Catholic tradition towards American Blacks he adheres to is the Irish Catholic tradition of lynching every American Black they could find, during the New York City Draft Riots of 1863; riots so deadly, Lincoln could only quell them by bringing in troops from the battle field of Gettysburg.

In all, eleven black men were hanged over five days….. Herbert Asbury, the author of the 1928 book Gangs of New York, upon which the 2002 film was based, puts the figure much higher, at 2,000 killed and 8,000 wounded….Historian Samuel Eliot Morison wrote that the riots were "equivalent to a Confederate victory".Fifty buildings, including two Protestant churches and the Colored Orphan Asylum, were burned to the ground. 4,000 federal troops had to be pulled out of the Gettysburg Campaign to suppress the riots, troops that could have aided in pursuing the battered Army of Northern Virginia as it retreated out of Union territory. During the riots, landlords, fearing that the mob would destroy their buildings, drove black residents from their homes. As a result of the violence against them, hundreds of black people left New York….”
Irish Catholic Biden has yet to apologize to American Blacks for the Irish Catholic participation in the 1863 New York Draft Riots.

In 1994, Globalist Senator Joe Biden (who would be Globalist President Barack Obama’s Vice president) authored the VIOLENT CRIME CONTROL and LAW ENFORCEMENT ACT of 1994. At 365 pages, it was the largest crime bill in American History, and provided $9.7 billion in prison funding.
Globalist President Bill Clinton signed it into law.
The Global Elite wanted a Mass Incarceration of American Natives, especially American Blacks, in order to leech the work force of American natives, so that the importation of illegal aliens would be more readily facilitated and accepted. To pave the way for illegal alien workers, American natives had to be driven, en masse, from the work force into the penal system.
