2024 America is in decay and disarray; because of one simple fact, Liberals do not know how to govern their fellow Americans. They are so righteous, so, self righteous that they make Psychopathological Decisions, Decisions without consciousness of the consequence of said decisions.

What followed was the “Bloody Assizes”, in which the defeated were prosecuted with such a ferocity that it exceeded justice, or even a reckoning. The Judges were punitive on steroids. Hundreds of defeated rebels were hung; thousands were shipped off into slavery in the colonies. The "Bloody Assizes" were so mean spirited, so without mercy, or common sense that the King was over thrown three years later, in a "Glorious" Revolution.
“Bloody Assizes” became a byword for punitive legal judgments, bordering on psychopathological madness.
In 2024, a Liberal New York Judge went “Bloody Assizes” on former President Trump and his sons, Donald Junior and Eric.
“A New York judge on Friday ordered former President Trump to pay nearly $355 million in penalties in a civil fraud case that has dealt a stark blow to his family’s business empire.
Judge Arthur Engoron’s 92-page decision came just weeks after closing arguments in the case capped a months-long trial during which Trump frequently lambasted the judge and the prosecutor who brought the case.
New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) sued Trump in 2022, alleging he falsely altered his net worth on key financial statements to receive tax and insurance benefits. The documents, which detailed the value of the Trump Organization’s various assets, were sent to banks and insurers to secure loans and deals, which the state purports is evidence of fraud.
With interest, the figure Trump and his business must pay could surpass $450 million, according to the New York attorney general’s office.
Engoron found Trump, the Trump Organization and several top executives, including his adult sons, liable for fraud before the trial began. The verdict is at the sole discretion of Engoron, because there was no jury at the trial…..The verdict also blocks Trump from participating in New York business for three years.
Trump’s adult sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, were ordered to pay more than $4 million each, and were both barred from serving as officers or directors of any New York corporation or other legal entity for two years….the hill.”
The commentators at MSNBC, surely to be joined by the rabid audience of Stephen Colbert, went into a pagan orgy of celebration….the Trump family had been broken and stripped of their livelihoods for three years.
Rev. Al Sharpton said the verdict had killed the Trump brand; no one would be a Trump customer again.
This Blogger disagrees; this bloody Assizes verdict, issued by one Judge, has vaulted the Trumps from being billionaires into folk heroes, a la Lula in Brazil, or Peron in Argentina or the JOAD family, in John Steinbeck’s THE GRAPES OF WRATH.
The JOADS are the dispossessed American family protagonists of Steinbeck's novel. Stripped of their heritage and livelihoods by a cold, callous and foolish Elite.
The Trumps as living embodiments of the JOADS: how could that be?
Donald Trump’s political power is based on a working class base; first it was white working class, now that is expanding, under the illegal alien invasion, into a multiracial working-class base.
Very few working class Americans, especially working class males, have had a good experience with American Judges, or arbitrators, or mediators or attorneys.
Very few members of the American working class have received justice or fairness from the American Justice system; seemingly the only Justice in the American Justice system is reserved for illegal aliens.
Does anyone think that an illegal alien would be forced to pay $355 million to the System?
The Judge’s verdict is so prejudicial against Trump and so gleefully self righteous in its prejudice; one must think of Steinbeck and THE GRAPES OF WRATH.

After reflection, what bothers this Blogger the most about Liberal Elitists, is that they have forgotten the ancient ways. An old Oklahoma Comanche once told this Blogger: " Never wound a wild animal, kill it, or let it be...but never wound it. The most dangerous thing in the world is a wounded wild animal."
Donald Trump is a wild animal; that is his appeal. This Bloody Assizes verdict has wounded Donald Trump and his sons. That means the man who would be President, AGAIN, is and will be most dangerous.
