This has been a gory week for Mankind, what with  an on-going existential war in Ukraine and a newly minted existential war in the Middle East.   As this    Blog is being written, Israel is planning a massive excursion into Gaza, in retaliation for the slaughter of Israelis by HAMAS, the Gaza based terror organization. Many Palestinians will die, mostly innocent people.    But the need for Israeli retribution is great; more than that, the need for a Reckoning is greater. First, one should try and separate the population base from the criminal leadership. How does one do that? By offering a deal. The Israelis should offer the Gaza population this promise: that it will not destroy Northern Gaza, if the hostages are released, en toto, and unharmed. As this Blog is being written, Israeli authorities are confirming that over 700 Israelis have been killed; since HAMAS invaded Israel, on October 7, 2023, from its home base, in Gaza. HAMAS attacked Israel on the 50th anniversary of the beginning of the Yom Kippur war; the war which began when Egypt and Syria surprised a confident Israel, with a widespread attack. The 700 dead in two days is equal to 33,000 Americans dead in two days of fighting on American soil; that is American Civil War proportions. Under the cover of a massive aerial assault, involving over 3,000 missiles, launched against Israel; HAMAS attacked Israel by land, bulldozing the border wall, which separated Gaza and Israel, by sea, using speed boats to attack the Israeli coast and by air, using gliders to airlift fighters over the border. A CLOCKWORK ORANGE  was written by the great British writer, Anthony Burgess; it is set in the near future, in a dystopian society, awash with crime on every street. The book comes from Burgess' wife being raped by American soldiers during World War II. The British version has an upbeat ending; that upbeat ending was cut by the American editors; in America, the story ends on a dark note. In response, Burgess cowrote the best screenplay, ever, about the Christ, JESUS OF NAZARETH. Omnipresent empirical evidence confirms that Joe Biden's America is awash with street crime on a CLOCKWORK ORANGE scale. High school students and senior citizens, mothers and veterans  are afraid to walk the streets; families are being murdered in their homes, whole families including children and dogs. Seemingly, the only thing which deters carjackers is the inability of modern carjackers to drive manual shifts. When a culture is functioning in proper order, criminals are afraid of the public; when the
