Dear Readers, this Blogger assures you that the choice of White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, as the MAXEY CHRONICLES’ 2022 Person of the Year, is not a frivolous one  nor  a glib one.  She is a quintessential totem; a  totem is defined as a person regarded as being  symbolic  or representative of a particular quality or concept.
